Chocolate and peanut butter overnight oats

Overnight oats are another staple here at the Smith household. Simple to make and easy to prep the night before – they make the perfect brekkie for busy Fitgirls who’re always on the go! These ones are infused with chocolate and peanut butter… can it get any better?!

Peanut butter overnight oats

Serves: 1

What you need

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup milk (I use almond milk)
  • 5 drops unsweetened stevia, or other sweetener
  • ½ tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
  • ½ tablespoon dollop of peanut butter
  • Sprinkling of chopped nuts (optional)
