Chocolate avocado cookies
Start by pre heating your oven at 180 degrees Celsius, and put a baking sheet on a large tray, setting up your “work field”. Mash the avocado and the bananas and scoop them in a mixing bowl. Beat in the eggs and begin incorporating all the remaining ingredients, leaving the chocolate chips for last. By the end you should have a nice gooey batter which you can scoop into biscuits on the tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size and thickness you go for. Let cool and enjoy!
