So you really want to start your day as an ABS queen? Make sure you do these 5 exercises, in 2 rounds, 30 seconds per exercise. Better is to do them for 40 seconds if 30 is too easy and EVEN BETTER to do them in 50 seconds if you want to make sure you get more and faster results. You do understand that every time it get’s too easy you can add some extra time, right? Please do take a 10 second rest in between the exercises. Just enough time to make sure you’re still breathing and take a little sip of water.
