5. This Apple Pear oatmeal will give you a kick start in the morning:
– Put the oats in a small pan and add almond milk (the oats have to swim). Of course you can use regular milk or water
– Add chia seeds and half an apple and half a pear
– Let it cook until the liquid has dissolved
– Put everything in the blender and mix it till its smooth
– Top it with the other half of the apple and pear
