I love skiing. I have been skiing since I was three years old. As a kid, I would race down those mountains like a speed devil. I always need a day or two to get used to the movements of skiing. And I don’t want to lose two days  because the vacation is already too short! I want to beat the crap out of those mountains as soon as I get there! So I already started doing some specific exercises to get ready. Here are some particular gym exercises that can help you to get ready for your awesome winter sports vacation!

The jumping squad. Your legs are the ones that work the most. You bend, use them to get forward, to slow down, to jump and to the land. The jumping squad is super dynamic and you only have to use your own body weight. It’s great for the flexibility of your knees and the strength of your upper legs.
