Latex is real hip and happening lately so I decided to get the latex Dyna Band out of my closet for my own Bootcamp workouts. The Dyna Band is a resistance band, smells like you just tied up 100 balloons and brings back the ultimate Jane Fonda feeling. But don’t think it is easy, it's gonna burn big time... 

Absoluty cool

  • The Dyna Band is a lightweight accessory and so a must have to bring wherever you like. (Even on your holiday)
  • It’s flexible material unlike dumbells, kettlebells or medicine balls. No space needed in a shed or basement. Put the Dyna Band in a drawer or a closet and you’re done.
  • And last but not least. It is real friendly for your bank account. It’s nice to have some cheap equipment, right? (prices between €10 - €20 for 5 meter – depends on brand or supplier)

 

  

Bend and stretch

You can see my favourite exercises in the pictures above. Simple, effective and your bum will on fire in a sec!

  • Squat & lift for your side glutes and upperlegs.
  • Open & close for the inner thighs and glutes.
  • Floor sidelift for your side glutes again.
  • Don’t forget to keep the tension on your Dyna Band and keep your elbow straight forward.
  • Buttlift to get the smashing JLo butt
  • Chest press. Keep the tension and lift your arms a bit higher then I show you in the picture ;-). Your elbows should be on shoulder height.
