The Oatmeal Experience
Oatmeal has gone through a transformation over the years. Forget the ugly plate with cardboard tasting oatmeal…This is oatmeal 2.0! We found six delicious recipes for oatmeal on Carmen's FitBlog, which she calls the Oatmeal Experience. And trust us when we say: YUM-O!

1. Try this delicious Banana Peanut butter oatmeal. Here's how it's made:
- Put the oats in a small pan and add almond milk (the oats have to swim). Of course you can use regular milk or water
- Put the pan on the stove
- Mix half of a banana and a teaspoon of peanut butter and add it to your oats
- Bring it to a boil and keep stirring
- Add some chia seeds and coconut flakes

2. The perfect start of your day, Strawberry Chocolate oatmeal:
- Put the oats in a small pan and add almond milk (the oats have to swim). Of course you can use regular milk or water
- Put the pan on the stove
- Add strawberry protein powder, raw cacao powder and chia seeds
- Bring it to a boil, keep stirring

3. Apple pie oatmeal... Need we say more?!
- Put the oats in a small pan and add almond milk (the oats have to swim). Of course you can use regular milk or water
- Put the pan on the stove
- Add vanilla powder and cinnamon
- Blend half an apple
- Bring it to a boil (keep stirring) and add the apple

4. Once you try Chocolate Coconut oatmeal, you won't want anything else!
- Put the oats in a small pan and add almond milk (the oats have to swim). Of course you can use regular milk or water
- Put the pan on the stove
- Add some coconut flakes and chia seeds and let this cook briefly
- Break a coconut protein bar in pieces and add it to the oats
- Keep stirring till the bar has mixed well with the oats
- Add some banana

5. This Apple Pear oatmeal will give you a kick start in the morning:
- Put the oats in a small pan and add almond milk (the oats have to swim). Of course you can use regular milk or water
- Add chia seeds and half an apple and half a pear
- Let it cook until the liquid has dissolved
- Put everything in the blender and mix it till its smooth
- Top it with the other half of the apple and pear

6. And last, but certainly not least: Chocolate Peanut butter oatmeal. Check out the cute bear ;)
- Put the oats in a small pan and add almond milk (the oats have to swim). Of course you can use regular milk or water
- Add one teaspoon of raw cacao powder, one teaspoon of peanut butter and chia seeds
- Keep stirring until the liquid has dissolved
- Use banana and grapes to make the bear
