The Willeke Zorg Workout
When I heard about a workout that kickstarts your day, is effective, and only takes 12 minutes, I couldn't wait to try it! I signed up for the Willeke Zorg Workout Club and did some workouts (just in my room, as you can see). Here is what I think about it!
The Willeke Zorg Workout Club
So, how does it work? When you sign up to join the Willeke Zorg Workout Club (WZWC), you get access to some free online workouts that you can do endlessly. You can also choose to pay for a premium membership, this way you will get access to much more workouts. There are three different workout levels: easy, medium, and advanced. Each workout exists out of 6 exercises that you have to repeat, with a 10 second break in between. You will need that 10 second break, trust me! There are also videos of warming ups, cooling downs, and the website also offers advice for a healthy diet and a good way to track your progress.
Time for some action!
I'm really enthusiastic about the idea behind WZWC and the way everything is presented. But let's be honest, the most important thing is whether the workouts are actually nice to do. I have to admit that 12 minutes never seemed so long as when I was going through these tough exercises. The good thing is, that it is still only twelve minutes so anyone can push it trough. I also believe that it will really gives you great results quickly. Oh boy, I was sweating so much and had sore muscles the day after! In my opinion, it's an especially great alternative for those rainy days that you can't be bothered to go outside but do feel like a bad ass workout. I would love to hear how you feel about home workouts and about WZWC! You can sign up here and try it.
