Citrus-Berry Tart
This Citrus-Berry Tart has a crisp shortbread crust filled with orange pastry cream.
Shortbread Pastry Crust

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, cut in 8 pieces, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Pastry Cream
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut in 4 pieces
- 1 teaspoon orange or lemon zest
- Fresh blueberries and/or chopped strawberries
- Citrus curls (optional)
