If you know me well, you’ll know that I spend all my days listening to music. Whether it is in the shower, on my bike, or even right before I go to bed. I simply can never get enough of the good vibes that music sends my way. The same counts for when I’m at the gym and a pumping song comes on. Any song that has a quick and rhythmic beat will give me that extra energy and motivation to do my workout better and longer. Time also seems to fly by as I concentrate more on my performance throughout my workout.
