Body and Fit has these delicious protein milkshakes that taste just as delicious as they sound!! I do not use them as milkshakes though, I love cheating with protein milkshake powder! Here are some powders of Body & Fit that I tried to turn into my favorite desserts.
Craving for Stracciatella Ice cream? Try the stracciatella milkshake powder. Mix ¼ or ½ of the package with 200 gram of Quark or yogurt. You can eat it direct or put it in the freezer for a while until its really cold. But don’t freeze it! Add 1 tbl spoon of cacao nibs for the crunchiness: D
Who loves Cookies and Cream?!? Try the cookies and cream milkshake powder. Mix ¼ or ½ of the package with 200 gram of Quark. It tastes like C&C all the way but I was missing some crunchiness. This one is a bit weird but started to like it after a while, with cracker. I like to put spread the mix of the quark and powder on the crackers. Yum!
Pannacotta with Raspberries. OMG! Love this traditional Italian dessert. Try the vanilla milkshake powder. Mix ¼ or ½ of the package with 200 gram of quark and simply add fresh raspberries. Add a tblspoon of flaxseeds for crunchiness.
Ben&Jerry’s Chunky Monkey. B&J’s are the perfect cheats. But this little cup of pleasure contains a mountain of sugar. It’s okay to have it once in a while but if you want to cheat and keep it a bit healthy here’s the best cheat: Try the banana milkshake powder. Mix ¼ or ½ of the package with 200 gram of quark and simply add fresh banana and a pinch of cocoa nibs.
