Core Model Workout
Do you want a strong core and excel in your workouts? Stupid question, of course you do! Your core is EVER SO IMPORTANT, but what exactly is it?
Your core is the powerhouse of your body, the particular place that contracts with every movement you make. Place a hand in between your midriff (chest & abs ), place your other hand 25 cm’s above your knees. Everything in between and around that place is your ‘’CORE’’. We made this awesome workout video with supermodel Ashley to show you 4 exercises that will help you improve your core strength.
Here's what you have to do...
Core Workout
- Superman stabilizer
- Place your knees below your hips and your hand in a straight line below your shoulders.
- Stretch your left arm and your right leg. Switch arms & legs to complete one repetition.
- Body press
- Lay down on your belly.
- Press your upperbody in the air with your hands starting next to your shoulders.
- Stretched one leg crunch
- Stretch your arms en legs and lay down with your back on the ground.
- Make a stretched crunch and with each crunch you lift one
- Bicycle crunch
- Place yourself on the ground sitting on your but with your arms and legs of the ground.
- Make a bicycle movement and tab your hands at high speed between your legs.
Watch the video and perform the exercises at the same speed and posture as Ashley is doing. And remember…..there are no wonder pills for that sexy ideal body you want.
