We are here again with another workout video for this week! Fit Girls, you can now indulge into another set of exercises that this time will enable you to train your abs to the sorest! If you wish to see results join us for The Abtastic Workout that we have come up for you all. This week Alicia and I will once more show you four new exercises that you can work on at home or at a gym, whichever you prefer.
#FITGIRLCODE Presents: The abtastic workout
- 5 x One Side Crawl Plank: Get into the planking position on your hands, reach your knees to your elbows to a side crunch, while simultaneously putting your opposite hand in front, this way making a full body twist. Make sure to keep your back straight during the exercise.
- 10 x Burpee: Start out with a jumping squat and fall down softly on your knees and continuing with a plank position and getting back to standing position.
- 5 x One Arm Swing Plank: Get into the planking position and raise your one hand to the side and twist your body at the same time to extend your movement the furthest. Repeat the movement with each arms.
- 10 x Ab Routine: Sit down on the floor, with your back straight, knees bend and your hands in front of you. Move your hands alternately to each side of your body and get back to the starting position. Then move backwards into a lay down position while keeping your hands up. Get back to a starting position. In this clip, Aranka is doing the beginner version for your back, and Alicia is showing the advanced one.
Make sure that you complete the entire video at least twice with a small break in between. For intermediate Fit Girls, we challenge you to repeat the entire workout 3 times. And for our advanced Fit Girls we challenge you to complete this abtastic workout 5 times!
