On Saturday and Sunday, June 20 & 21, will be the second Yogafestival in Haarlem. It will take place at the beautiful location Landgoed Elswout. Everyone is welcome and should come and enjoy the yoga workshops, yoga classes, listen to experienced yogi’s, enjoy massages and relaxing areas, a market full of yoga related goodies and of course delicious food and drinks. For beginners, advanced yogi’s, family’s and people who want to learn more about yoga and get in touch with the yogalifestyle, there’s lots of things to do. Svadhisthana, Sacral Chakra 
The theme of the festival this year is the second Chakra, Sacral Chakra, which is located in the spine, just below your navel. This Chakra rules our physical manifestations and it determines how we see ourselves in the physical world. The Chakra allows us to experience our true desires and see this world as a magical place.

My first yoga festival
I can’t believe I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 3 years and I haven’t been to a yoga festival yet. Yogafestival Haarlem will be my first and I’m super excited. A relaxing weekend filled with workshops and classes, pass by the market, getting to know new yogi’s and teachers, and of course enjoy the healthy food and drinks.
Come and join me at Yogafestival Haarlem on Saturday and/or Sunday, June 20 & 21. Italian yoga teacher Silvia Neri from New York will kick-off the international Yoga day (June 21 2015) with a free Vinyasa Flow class.
